My Favorite Part of the Job

I love everything about my job! I am mother first, an aunt, a soldier, and full-time Clinical Applications Trainer. It seems like a lot, but I manage my time very well, and still have time to enjoy life. So, when do I have time for my nonprofit Scattered Rain? All day everyday is the answer. There isn’t any given moment where I’m not doing or mentioning something about Scattered Rain. Its like its ingrained in me, I’m always thinking or trying to figure out what my next step is, or a goal I’m trying to reach next.

The best feeling in the world is when I accomplish any goal I’ve set forth and put it in action. That’s the best feeling in world, along with helping others. Accomplishing a goal that I’ve set for myself, and me genuinely giving or helping someone in need is among the best feeling in the world other than giving birth and meeting your child for the first time. It’s a warm fuzzy feeling; somewhere deep within your heart, that’s what I live for. I genuinely give from my heart and give without expectations. If this world gave a little more and put more emphasis on helping our children, it would be a better place. It’s something about helping others that brightens my day or makes me feel like I did something that could possibly help or change that person’s life or even their day. Help is help and no matter how big or small it goes a long way; you can’t compete with that feeling right there.
