Youth Empowerment
Scattered Rain believes whole-heartedly if we start the process of building the community together it will restore the sense of “Hope” we once had. We strongly uplift and motivate our youth by planting the seed of “Confidence” within themselves that will carry over into their adulthood. We “Encourage” our youth in every aspect possible, so they continue to grow and prosper in their daily lives.

Anti-Bullying Campaign
Scattered Rain has a ZERO tolerance for bullying. Every year we will host an annual Anti-bullying Campaign in promotion of encouraging our youth NOT to bully and show them the impact bullying has on society. Anti-bullying is observed in the month of October and is something we hold near and dear to our hearts. We believe this could be a fresh start and make the world a better place in the future one step at a time.
Education
Education is a fundamental stepping-stone needed to succeed in life. Scattered Rain values the importance of education and encourages our youth to continue and keep thriving towards success by doing everything possible to reach their full potential.
